The VLB Eco Smart is without doubt the most durable and most cost-conscious entry-level model among the bread slicers. A guaranteed long life thanks to a fully mechanical actuation, but only available in a semi-automated execution.
This makes the machine extremely easy in maintenance. The VLB engineers have designed the gear’s door as an entry-level machine for the novice bakers to easily cut 300 loaves each day.
This machine is also ideal to use as a second device, for example as a backup machine or a bread slicer that you only use for special kinds of bread.
